Author Declaration and Copyright Agreement

By making an Initial or Final Submission to the International Journal of Integrated Academic Research, I / We hereby represent and warrant that I / We agree to all the Terms and Policies of the journal.

I / We hereby represent and warrant that any email received by or sent to the International Journal of Integrated Academic Research will remain private and confidential, and no content of it will be displayed, posted, or shared in print or online media under any circumstances. The journal reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if found otherwise.

I / We hereby represent and warrant that the submitted paper is original, not plagiarized, and not published anywhere else. I / We confirm that we are the real author(s) of the paper, except for material that is clearly identified with proper source citation and permission from copyright owners where required.

I / We are aware that the International Journal of Integrated Academic Research is a peer-reviewed journal focused on integrated and multidisciplinary research and is registered with ISSN for online publication.

I / We represent that necessary consent has been obtained from our University / Institution / Employer / Project Guide / Supervisor / Research Committee before publishing the article in the International Journal of Integrated Academic Research.

I / We also confirm that consent has been obtained from all Co-Authors before submitting and publishing the article in the journal.

I / We confirm that we are satisfied with the authenticity, validity, and originality standards of the International Journal of Integrated Academic Research. In case of refusal of publication recognition by our University / Institution / Employer / Project Guide / Supervisor / Research Committee, I / We will not request a refund or pursue any legal action against the journal.

I / We fully understand and accept the Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer Policy, Privacy Policy, Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy, and Plagiarism Policy of the International Journal of Integrated Academic Research.

I / We accept that if any Copyright Infringement claim is filed and proven against the published article in the future, the journal has full rights to remove the article from its website or indexing platforms immediately without prior notice. I / We will not request a refund or pursue legal action in such circumstances.

I / We understand that only the author(s) are responsible for the impact or outcomes of the publication decision. The journal shall not take any accountability for the contents of articles published, and all such liability shall lie with the author(s).

The opinions expressed in the articles are those of the author(s) and may not necessarily reflect the views of the International Journal of Integrated Academic Research. All submitted articles undergo peer review for authenticity, ethical compliance, and academic quality.
