Abstract

The management of working capital significantly affects a company's capacity to maintain stability, optimize financial resources, and achieve growth. This study examines the current business practices of Nuberg Engineering Limited, with a particular focus on their management of working capital. The research examines the cash conversion cycle, accounts payable and receivable, and product management to identify specific areas for enhancement. The study will examine methods to enhance working capital, reduce financial risk, and improve overall financial performance by comparing significant financial parameters with industry standards. The findings indicate that Nuberg Engineering can enhance their processes to reduce costs and mitigate their environmental impact.
